Pokemmo is a Free Pokemon MMO
Do you remember playing Pokemon on your handheld device? Well, now you can play it on your PC! Not only that, but you can play it with friends! How so, you might ask? pokemmo.com has released a free, online, multiplayer version of Pokemon!
The basic game is Pokemon Fire Red, but you have the option to download other versions to expand your gameplay. It takes about 5 minutes to install, and you can be on your way to “catch em all!” Seeing an online version that was actually polished and easy to play, brought a smile to my face. If you have played Pokemon before, then there isn’t much to say, except that they added player trading, dueling, and teams. Trading and dueling work as expected. Teams are just like guilds or clans, as they are a way to group with friends and wear team initials next to your name.
Play Pokemmo online with friends
If you haven’t played Pokemon, and are looking for a fun online game, then I could still recommend this to you. You run around the world capturing and training Pokemon creatures. You battle enemy trainers, and usually end up saving the world from Team Rocket(or some variation). I enjoy dabbling in the world of Pokemon from time to time, and I recommend it to anyone else who wants to try a fun & free game. (Available @ https://pokemmo.com/)
Expanding Pokemmo to include more generations of Pokemon
The team behind Pokemmo has expanded to include the first four generations of pokemon games. Players can now experience Generation 2: Gold, Silver, & Crystal. They can also upload and play Ruby, Saphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. Continue your epic adventure from game to game, bringing your Pokemon with you.
Overall thoughts and review of PokeMMO
All in all, Pokemmo is a fun game. This is 100% due to Pokemon itself being a fun game. Pokemmo makes it easier to get and play the original games than ever before, and you can play with friends. Follow each other around, help one another navigate the game, and do live trading and battling.
