A perfect date night movie!
High school student Brooks Rattigan has always dreamed of having it all. The only problem is that he has no money or connections. More than anything Brooks wants to go to college at Yale. In order to do so though, he must come up with the money and a stand out admissions letter.
While working at his dead-end job, Brooks overhears a fellow student complaining about having to go on a paid pity date. Needing the money, he quickly volunteers to take the other students place. The date ends up being quite funny to watch, and inspires Brooks Rattigan (Noah Centineo) to enlist the help of his geeky friend to create an app where anyone can hire him to be the perfect date.
A quality story with a good message.
The Perfect Date was definitely worth the watch. It was cute, funny and slightly romantic. It also contains a really positive message of self value and honesty. The movie was very clean and safe for teens to watch. It did not contain any drug references, cursing or nudity. I find no trouble recommending this Netflix Original to anyone.
