Betting, or Gambling, has long be a favorite activity of people all around the world. In the past couple decades though, the internet has evolved the world of gambling. All of these games are played by millions on a daily basis and have an even larger fan following. They all hold tournaments with cash prizes and all players to compete with each other across the world. When games like League of Legends are televised they often have enough viewers to qualify as an Olympic Sport.
Epic Games announced earlier this year that the World Championships for Fortnite will feature a prize pool of 100 Million dollars. That is absolutely incredible, especially since most game keep prize pools around the 1 million mark. Pro Gaming has never been more lucrative, and there are tons of games in which players can make a living.
