Super Smash Bros.

Summary & Thoughts:

This game really brings me back. I remember playing Super Smash Bros. on the Nintendo 64. It was good then, and it’s good now. Play as your favorite Nintendo characters, and battle it out with other players around the world. Play as Pikachu, Kirby, Link, Mario, Yoshi, and many more! Pick from a wide selection of levels and difficulties. Play solo, locally with friends, or online against random opponents.

The controls in Smash feel great. They are easy to get the hang of, and the game feels well balanced. Do your best to button mash your opponents, and keep from falling to your doom. Since launch, more levels and characters have been added to the game. It also features Amiibo support. You can unlock your Amiibo’s in game, training, and teaching them new abilities. There are dozens of unique items to play with, and quite a few different battle modes. You can play on teams, or duke it out every man for him/herself. The game feels just like the N64, Gamecube, and Wii versions. It is awesome to play it on a handheld for the first time ever. I look forward to future handheld releases of this game, and would recommend it for anyone 10+ years of age.
