Living with the Land at Epcot (Review)

An Educational Boat Ride about farming and agriculture.

Like most rides at Epcot, Living with the Land is educational in nature. It takes guests through a variety of fake environments to teach about humankind’s effects on the land. After viewing a rain forest, a desert and an old fashion farm, guests are taken by boat to a giant greenhouse.

Living with the Land is a very peaceful ride.

I’m not sure why, but Living with the Land is one of my favorite rides at Epcot. I enjoy seeing all of the plants. The greenhouse is also very open and relaxing to be in. Guests can pay extra for a walking tour of the greenhouse to get hands on with some of the plants.

An unexpected turn that gets a little fishy.

You may not think of fish when you hear the word farming, but fish farming, better known as aquaculture is a massive industry throughout the world. The Living with the Land boat ride features an area for aquaculture. This area is less interesting than the greenhouse, but at least it’s a very short part of the ride.

Don’t miss this boat ride when you visit Epcot.

The Living with the Land boat ride is located in the same building as Soarin. Both attractions are on the ground floor. There is also a restaurant and food court located near by,

I definitely recommend this ride for anyone and everyone.
