Summary & Thoughts:
Maria Altmann enlists the help of a young lawyer to sue the Australian government for art work taken from her family during World War II. This film is based off a true story, and has some interesting history lessons in it. The acting was good, but the story was just too slow. I like dramas, and I enjoy true stories, but this one was just alright. Nothing really made this film pop.
Despite it being slow, I did enjoy this movie. I usually like Ryan Reynold’s movies, so that’s why I gave this one a shot. I would recommend it as a cheap rental.
